ANIDOCS SUR is a workshop for the development of animated documentaries, including immersive and emerging media (VR / AR). Led by top-industry professionals, the programme is a gateway to animated documentaries; designed to support and guide directors and creative producers and advance their respective projects.
PLACE AND DATE: Online. January 2023.
SCOPE: Aimed at creatives, directors, producers and documentary and animation professionals with an in-progress animation documentary project whose stories focus on themes from the Global South, or related to Africa or Latin America. The laboratory only covers visual and immersive storytelling.
ELIGIBLE PROJECTS: Single and serial (Short films, feature-length, hybrid and new media projects).
APPLICATIONS OPEN: 11 July until 5 September 2022.
WORKSHOP COST: The enrolment cost is 100 euros (includes documentary project development laboratory, accreditation to MiradasDoc Market).
